High wind and winter storm advisories are in effect across Utah.
Strong winds have already blown over a semi truck in Tooele County and winter weather is on the way for parts of the state.
A storm moving into Utah Tuesday will keep it cloudy, wet and windy.
The strongest winds will be Tuesday morning across most of western, northern and central Utah.
