WASHINGTON COUNTY, Utah — Fire crews are battling a new wildfire that broke out near Toquerville Sunday afternoon.
It was dubbed the "Toquerville Falls Fire" and was estimated at 20 acres later in the evening, according to Hurricane Valley Fire & Rescue.
As of 7 p.m., the fire was 50 percent contained.
Two small-engine air tankers and two heavy air tankers responded and dropped fire retardant.
Crews will monitor the fire overnight and continue working to contain it Monday.

Initial attack underway. In addition to T-15, a few single engine air tankers (Air Tractor 802) are working on the fire.
