SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah -- A man has died after he suffered critical injuries in a house fire in South Salt Lake Sunday night.
South Salt Lake Fire Chief Ron Morris confirmed around 7:45 a.m. Monday the man injured in the fire has died at a hospital.
The identity of the deceased has not yet been released.
The fire occurred on 2721 S. West Temple and South Salt Lake and other agencies responded to the fire.
Fire crews found one man injured inside the home after extinguishing the blaze. The other three occupants of the home were not at home at time.
The cause of the fire was not released at the time of this report.
