When police arrived they found a 20-year-old Javier Medina dead in the driveway and a 32-year-old woman who had been shot.

Witnesses tell Fox 13 Medina was at a friend's home helping their mother with her car when at least one man walked up and opened fire.

Medina was killed and the woman he was helping was shot in the leg.
