2 cups turkey, cooked, shredded
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
12 small flour tortillas
1 cup blue cheese dressing
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, mix together the turkey, cream cheese, buffalo sauce and blue cheese crumbles.
Divide the mixture amongst the 12 tortillas by spreading a thin line (2-3 tablespoons) onto center of flour tortilla. Roll up tightly. On a lightly greased cookie sheet, place the rolled up tortillas. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until taquitos are golden brown. Serve immediately with blue cheese dressing for dipping.
