Candied Yams: Copycat of Boston Market

2 cans 40 oz. each Yams
4 eggs
1/4 cup softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup whole milk or evaporated milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar

Topping:
1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup (one stick) butter softened

Directions:
Using a mixer, bosch or kitchenaid, blend the yams, vanilla, butter, sugar and milk at medium speed until well blended. Whisk the eggs together in a bowl then blend into the yam mixture.
