Mark your calendars for October 22nd for the 30th Bison Roundup! The public is invited to watch 750 bison get rounded up this weekend. Antelope Island State Park officials encourage everyone to get to their spots early. Antelope Island is home to free-ranging bison, mule deer, bighorn sheep, pronghorn (antelope), and many other desert animals. Due to the Bison Roundup, all back-country trails will be closed Saturday, October 22. Buffalo Point, Lakeside Trail and Ladyfinger Point will remain open. For more information go here.
