Fox 13 rides along with UHP during express lane crackdown

SALT LAKE CITY -- The Utah Department of Transportation and the Utah Highway Patrol are cracking down on drivers who are making a mockery of the nation's longest express lane.

They say they are getting a lot of complaints from people who see people driving in the express lane with one occupant in the car.

“We're doing an enforcement blitz on express lanes,” Sgt. Todd Royce said.
