WASHINGTON COUNTY, Utah — Sheriff’s deputies and medical personnel responded to Upper Sand Cove Reservoir in Washington County Saturday night after receiving a report of a screaming, naked man, St. George News reports.
“Reports were that there was a guy claiming he had a broken leg and he was completely unclothed,” Washington County Sheriff’s Lt. David Crouse told St. George News.
Officers found the man’s clothes and several prescription medications in the pockets, the report said, but no injuries consistent with a broken leg. The man could face charges of public intoxication and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.
