James Lawrence, better known as The Iron Cowboy, completed 50 full distance courses,  in 50 consecutive days, through all 50 States.  He covered 140.6 miles each and every day, for 50 consecutive days.  Each day began with a 2.4 mile swim, followed by a 112-mile bike ride, finished with a 26.2 mile run. His wife Sunny was his main support through the entire adventure. They shared what their cross-country adventure was really like. A documentary about the experience will be released in a couple of weeks followed by a book in March. For more information on James and what he is up to now go here.
