Emily Moench and Paula Colman from Visit Utah tell us why every Utahn should go canyoneering.

It's not too late for a summer road trip this year - temps are perfect in Southern Utah.

-Road Trip Tip of the Day: Hire a guide to go canyoneering through slot canyons.
*Canyoneering is a combination of hiking, rapelling and climbing/scrambling
*Great for most ages - guides said as young as 7 to as old as 80!
*Guides are key - can take you to some remote areas, even within national parks. We went with Redrock Adventure Guides, based in Torrey. Get In The Wild Adventures is another great company that can take you into the Robbers' Roost area, where Butch Cassidy had his hideout.
