MIDVALE, Utah – Unified Fire Authority firefighters battled a blaze at a vacant house in Midvale early Monday morning.
According to Capt. Dominic Burchett, Unified Fire Authoriy, the house at 7802 S. Allen St. was engulfed in flames when crews arrived at 5:40 a.m.
Capt. Burchett said the house was boarded up, no one was inside and the house appears to be a total loss.
The fire did not spread to nearby homes, Burchett said.
Investigators haven’t determined a cause of the fire yet, Burchett said.
