From caffeinated water to healthy ice cream, here is a list of new healthy products we are loving

Dietician Kayla Womeldorff shared this month`s Hot and Healthy Picks from Harmons:

  • Half pops
    • popped popcorn in flavors like Salted Caramel and Spicy Kettle Corn, this whole grain snack will remind you of crunching on Corn Nuts.
  • Simmer sauces
    • This magic ingredient can help you put a healthy, tasty dinner on the table in 20 minutes. Available in tons of varieties, with flavors ranging from Indian Chicken Tikka Masala, to Korean style Barbecue.
  • Halo Top Ice Cream
