We pray for his dear wife, Agneta, and their marvelous family at this time of tender feelings,” said Elder L. Whitney Clayton, senior president of the Quorums of the Seventy.

Malm was sustained as a General Authority Seventy on April 3, 2010. He previously served as an Area Seventy, mission president and stake president, according to LDS Church officials.
