Fruit Sangria Drink

3 cups fresh fruit options:

  • Oranges, thinly sliced, seeds removed, rind left on
  • Lemons, thinly sliced, seeds removed, rind left on
  • Limes, thinly sliced, seeds removed, rind left on
  • Berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries), sliced
  • Apples, quartered, seeds removed, skin left on
  • Peaches, quartered, seed removed
  • Nectarines, quartered, seed removed
  • Grapes, seedless
  • Cantaloupe, cut into chunks
  • Mango, slices
  • Watermelon, seedless, cut into chunks, rind left on
  • 2 cups sparkling soda water
  • 4 cups juice, any fruit flavor (i.e. apple, grape, cranberry, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, muddled (optional)
  • Ice for serving

Choose 3 cups of fruit per batch of sangria. Place in a large glass pitcher, container or bowl. Pour in juice; stir well. Slowly pour in sparkling soda water. Add mint leaves, if using. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve over ice.
