JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A YouTube video shot in Florida is attracting attention online, as the footage shows what appears to be a Jimmy John’s delivery guy hopping a train with his bike.
The sandwich company’s slogan and ad campaigns promise “freaky fast” deliveries, something it would appear this delivery guy took to heart.
According to News4Jax, the video was recorded in the San Marco neighborhood of Jacksonville and submitted to them by a viewer along with the question, “Is delivering a sandwich really worth it?”
News4Jax spoke with someone who owns several Jimmy John’s locations in Jacksonville, and Elizabeth Scott said they encourage speedy deliveries but require all employees to follow the law and maintain safety.
“All of our delivery employees are expected to obey all traffic laws and make all deliveries in a safe, timely manner for themselves, as well as for other people on the road,” Scott told News4Jax.
