The parents of a Utah missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints got to see their son,  Mason Wells, for the first time after he was injured in the Brussels attacks.

The touching moment was captured on video.

His parents, Kymberly and Chad Wells, rushed from Sandy, Utah, to Belgium to see their 19-year-old son after the attacks.

It was the first time they had seen their son in about two years.

Wells was scheduled to fly home the day of the attacks.

Wells also spoke from his hospital bed about how lucky he feels to be alive and how others weren't so fortunate.

"I just…I feel love for those that were injured. I feel so bad for…because I was so lucky, I was so lucky, being how close I was, and I saw a lot of people that were injured worse, I heard a lot of people that were injured badly…my only thoughts, my only feelings are just for the people that are out there, that they're doing OK…I've just wanted to pray for them, I've been praying for them since it happened, the only feeling I have is I hope they're OK because I'm very lucky and I know there are some who weren't as lucky as I was, being so close."
