SALT LAKE CITY — Senator Bernie Sanders drew a crowd of thousands in Salt Lake City Friday, and before he took the stage at that rally his campaign announced Sanders would return to Utah Monday for another event.
Sanders will be at West High School in Salt Lake City, 241 North 300 West, at the G. Ray Hale Field House. The doors open at 1 p.m. with the start time of the rally still to be determined.
Sunday, Sanders’ campaign announced the candidate would deliver a foreign policy speech prior to the rally. While the rally is open to the public, the speech is only open to those who are invited. The speech is scheduled for 3 p.m.
The rally will follow the speech.
Caucuses for Utah Republicans and Democrats will be held Tuesday.
