NORTHERN UTAH — Ohio Gov. John Kasich will be in Utah to campaign for the Republican nomination the weekend before the debate in Salt Lake City and Utah’s caucuses.
According to his campaign website, the Republican candidate has three town hall events scheduled for Friday, March 18 in Utah.
The first is at Utah Valley University in the Sorenson Student Center’s Grande Ballroom (800 West University Parkway in Orem). The doors open at 11:30 a.m. and the program begins at noon.
The second is at the University of Utah in the Ballroom in the Student Union (201 President’s Circle in Salt Lake City). The doors open at 3:00 p.m. and the program begins at 3:30 p.m.
The third event is at Davis High School (325 South Main Street in Kaysville). The doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the program begins at 6 p.m.
All three events are free to the public and are scheduled to run for one hour. The candidate’s website offers attendees the option to RSVP/register in advance.
