BRIGHAM CITY, Utah — Police in Brigham City were investigating a suspicious death after a man was found unconscious inside an apartment Thursday and later died, but Friday police said an autopsy determined the man died of natural causes.
The deceased was suffering from several health problems when he died, according to police. Because it was determined there was no criminal element to the case, no further information will be provided.
Brigham City police said the man in his ’50s was found inside an apartment in Brigham City.
The man was unconscious and was transported to a hospital, where he passed away. Police were initially awaiting autopsy results to determine the cause of death and whether or not the death was a crime.
