GREEN BAY– The Packers held a moment of silence for Paris before their game this weekend and while most people were quiet, some were not.
There are reports that someone yelled an anti-Muslim remark during what was supposed honor those killed in Friday’s attacks.
After the game, Aaron Rodgers spoke out about the incident, saying how he thought it was inappropriate. “It’s that kind of prejudicial ideology that I think puts us in the position that we’re in today as a world,” Rodgers said.
When asked what he heard, he declined to comment.
Now, he’s being praised for speaking out.
