WEST BOUNTIFUL, Utah - Police have arrested a 40-year-old man in West Bountiful for alleged rape, sex crimes, kidnapping and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The Davis County Sheriff's Office said Justin Dee Robinson allowed his son to have a Halloween party on Oct. 31 and gave his son and three other minors alcoholic beverages.

Officials said the son and his friends got drunk and one underage girl passed out.

She told authorities she woke up in the bathroom as Robinson was raping her.

The girl said she told Robinson to stop several times but he refused.

Police said the victim told them Robinson then took her to a bedroom and continued to rape and sodomize her even though she pleaded with him to stop.

The girl told authorities Robinson finally stopped and she tried to leave but he pushed her up against the wall and wouldn't let her go.

Offiers said Robinson then positioned himself outside the bedroom door and slept on the floor so the victim couldn't get out.

Authorities Robinson later admitted he knew the minors at his house were underage and intoxicated.

Robinson could now face charges for rape, sodomy, forcible sexual abuse, kidnapping, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and unlawful furnishing to a minor.

    I know this man he is a really good guy. I am so sorry to the victims am not justifying any apparent acts. Just speaking for this man’s character.

      Seriously, Obviously he is lacking a good character. It’s disgusting that he would be portrayed as a good guy, he is a good actor, his actual character is vile. That is what makes me sick, Someone gets raped and “well he’s a good guy,” you are basically telling the girl that it’s in some way her fault. That’s why victims usually don’t speak out because everyone says well something else must have happened or its your fault because you drank etc. cuz he/she is a good person. All that needed to be said is I’m sorry for the pain he caused you. You don’t defend a scumb bag (even if it is his first time).

        I knew the first comment would be from someone defending this person. Let me guess, Jon, he’s in your ward or part of your stake? Maybe you share his love of Joe Blow Smith? I swear the Utah populous is brain damaged from 150 years of mormon inbreeding. Being a r@pist and a “good guy” are100% mutually exclusive. Jon doesn’t even go so far as to be like “well, if he DID it, this man I thought was good is obviously horrible.” Jon’s just like “well, even if he IS guilty he’s stand-up fella.” What?

        @BOB THE WISER
        Your hatred for the Mormons stems from their rejection of your same $ex attraction Bob. Based on his behavior I see nothing to link him with them.
