Fitness expert Denise Druce is here helping us solve the latest issue - tech neck! It's caused by craning your neck to stare at your phone or ipad. Denise recommends doing these three things to reduce the chance of injury and pain.
- When you're driving, gently push your neck against the headrest at stop lights. It will strengthen the back of the neck.
- Cradle the back of your head with your hands and push.
- Take breaks from sitting at your desk and do rows with a simple stretch band.
