Fitness expert Denise Druce is here helping us solve the latest issue - tech neck! It's caused by craning your neck to stare at your phone or ipad. Denise recommends doing these three things to reduce the chance of injury and pain.

  1. When you're driving, gently push your neck against the headrest at stop lights. It will strengthen the back of the neck.
  2. Cradle the back of your head with your hands and push.
  3. Take breaks from sitting at your desk and do rows with a simple stretch band.
