SALT LAKE CITY – A semi truck carrying cases of wine caught fire on I-80 near the Salt Lake International Airport Wednesday morning.
Fire crews were called to the blaze on I-80 East near Wright Brothers Dr. at about 9 a.m.
Firefighters said they believe overheated brakes sparked the fire because the flames were coming out from underneath the truck and around the tires.
No one was injured and the fire didn’t damage the wine.
