Big Budah’s blog: A loved one suffering from brain tumors

Posted

The entire family went to New York for a day to celebrate Jaelyn’s birthday (still no seat belt extension needed for me), and that was a great time.

When we got home, we learned that my sister, Ofo, had gone to the hospital for some relief from a migraine headache. A CT scan revealed multiple tumors in her brain, and she underwent a biopsy to determine whether or not the tumors are cancerous.

She has since been released from the hospital so that she can recover from the biopsy procedure and stabilize before proceeding with the removal of the tumors.

I only went to Vasa gym one time this week, and the rest of the time was spent at the hospital with Ofo or in between coaching basketball and softball games—which was well worth it!!

Thank you for your prayers, well wishes and kind words on her behalf.
