The week started with my first ever Holi Festival of Colors in Spanish Fork. What a great event to bond with my kids! There were good vibes with music and thousands of people with no color, race, creed or socioeconomic backgrounds–just being.
I had the opportunity to play in a “Celebrity” basketball game for the Jr. Jazz end of season party. I played alongside good friends Hans Olsen, Reno Mahe & Tony Parks… I was able to hold my own, but ultimately I was proud of the fact that I could get up and down the court with ease.
My son Kingslee came home from an LDS mission in Minnesota, and I didn’t realize how much I missed him until I saw him at the airport!
