COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, Utah — No injuries were reported after a house fire in Cottonwood Heights Sunday morning.
At approximately 5:48 a.m., fire crews responded to 7687 S. Quicksilver Drive when a homeowner called to report the blaze.
The fire started on the front porch and extended into the house, said Unified Fire spokesman Rob Morley. While it is unknown how far the fire got into structure, Morley said, the flames did not reach the attic.
The homeowner was the sole occupant.
Twenty-five firefighters responded to the scene where the fire was knocked out in 20 minutes.
No injuries were reported.
Investigators are on scene to determine the cause of the fire.
