Springs is the season when reservoirs and lakes across Utah start to see their water levels rise, but a winter with below average snowfall has some worried about the water levels. Wednesday, Eugene Swalberg from Utah State Parks came to the FOX 13 News Studio to discuss the water levels and what boaters and other outdoor enthusiasts can expect on Utah's lakes this year.
