Police seek Weber County woman wanted for identity fraud

WEBER COUNTY, Utah – Police are searching for a woman who is wanted for multiple counts of identity fraud and unlawful acquisition of a financial transaction card, and police said the woman may attempt to use the stolen identity to avoid apprehension.

According to Ogden police, 56-year-old Pam Lee Richards allegedly stole the identity of an Ogden resident. They said it is not clear where the suspect is living but said she may be in the Roy, Utah or Riverdale Trailer Park areas.

Richards is described as being a white female who stands 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes.
