OGDEN, Utah — Police in Ogden arrested a woman on Christmas afternoon after they received a report she had been walking around an apartment complex naked from the waist down.
Cathy Coburn faces a charge of lewdness in connection with the incident.

Police responded to McGregor Apartments, 810 25th St., around 2 p.m. Thursday.
According to Lt. Will Cragun, Ogden Police Department, officers found Coburn in a laundry room at the apartment complex.
Coburn had put her legs through the armholes of a sweatshirt and tried to wear them as pants, Cragun said, but her “lower extremities” were exposed.
Police tried to speak with Coburn, but she was unresponsive and not making any sense, Cragun said. Officers determined Coburn was under the influence of some type of narcotic.
Coburn was booked into the Weber County Jail.
