image1Thanksgiving and St. George were both amazing! It was good to be with family and to break bread with them. I really enjoyed spending time with my nieces and nephews, running around and playing games in each others’ company.

Like every family Thanksgiving gathering, there was a lot of food. But for Polynesians it is like Super Sunday dinner with all of the Poly favorites. Oh, and for kicks and giggles, a turkey and a ham with all the fixins… it’s almost more like a last meal, lol.

Another new first for me since losing weight was that I was able to go out and explore St. George a little and do some bouldering. It wasn’t very high, but I did it. See the gallery below for the photos.

I also ended Noshavember with the removal of my facial hair to honor the men in my family who have died from health issues. I am so grateful for my new lease on life and am appreciative of all those who helped make it possible. Thank you so much!!
