Turkey buyers across the country were a bit confused after a fake news story was shared so many times, many thought it was true.
An article on the fake news website the National Report claims millions of birds are infected with the avian virus and turn green after being cooked.
As ridiculous as it sounds, many still fell prey to the report.
Health officials have confirmed the turkeys are safe.
