MIDVALE, Utah -- Developers are looking to develop around a nine-acre piece of property in Midvale, which happens to be an old pioneer cemetery.
Midvale City officials say they have spent years trying to come to a compromise with the landowners who are ready to make use of the lot.
The blue print for the area shows plans to build at least 70 homes around the graves. The developer also has plans for a memorial garden and insists no bodies will be exhumed.
