Egg Nog Whipped Cream Treats
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon imitation rum extract
4 Fat Boy Egg Nog Ice Cream Sandwiches
Chocolate candy bar (i.e. Hershey’s) for garnish
Beat cream, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and rum extract in medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve over ice cream sandwiches. Shave chocolate over the top for garnish.
Peppermint Whipped Cream Treats
3 1/2 cups chilled whipping cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract
4 Fat Boy Peppermint Ice Cream Sandwiches
4 peppermint candies
Pour a couple cups of water and ice cubes into mixing bowl to chill for a few minutes. Dump out water and dry bowl or place in freezer for 15 minutes.
Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix on high speed until stiff peaks form; about 2 minutes. Serve over ice cream sandwiches. Top with peppermint candy.
