Utahns in video game industry discuss state of women in games, recent death threats

SALT LAKE CITY -- Earlier this week, a female video game critic canceled an appearance at Utah State University after death threats were made against her and school officials said they would not be able to prohibit firearms in the venue during the speech.

Online attacks have been targeting Anita Sarkeesian in reaction to videos she has released regarding the portrayal of women in video games, and the incident at USU made international headlines, click here for details regarding the incident.
