HAUSER, Idaho – A night of fun turned into terror at an Idaho Halloween attraction after a teen was killed in a serious accident.

According to KHQ, 18-year-old Jeremy McSpadden, Jr. was playing the role of a zombie in an Idaho corn mazewhen he tripped and fell under a bus Friday.

The teen from Spokane Valley, Washington, was part of the “Zombie Slayer Paintball Bus.”

Deputies told KHQ McSpadden was running towards the back of the bus when he fell and was run over.

Officials said no one realized something was terribly wrong until the bus left the area.

The bus was driving slowly over uneven terrain and apparently didn’t realize what had happened.

According to the corn maze’s website, the attraction is new this season and allows riders to shoot paintballs at “zombies” as the bus weaves through the corn maze.

Officials said neither speed nor alcohol is believed to be a factor.
