GLENDALE, Utah – Police are searching for a suspect accused of robbing a convenience store early Thursday morning.
Officials said the man was armed but a gun but it was what he was wearing that caught the victim’s attention.
Authorities said at about 3:30 a.m. a man who had flowered pantyhose over his head went into the 7-Eleven on California Ave. armed with a gun and demanded money.
Police said the suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his 30s with a short heavy build and thick accent.
Once he had the cash, witnesses told police they saw him run southbound on Navajo St.
