VERNAL, Utah -- A minivan crashed into a light pole at a library in Vernal Tuesday, and the crash was caught on camera.
The driver of the vehicle can be seen walking away after the crash. Witnesses stated they tried to talk to the man and get him to stay, but he left anyway. Police later located the man and took him into custody.
