WASHINGTON CITY, Utah — A 22-year-old man in Washington City has been charged with eight counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Kenneth David Paiz Arana was booked into the Washington County jail on Wednesday.
A police investigation showed that an Internet installer allegedly participated in inappropriate conduct of a sexual nature involving a juvenile female while installing a system at the home in late April, according to Ed Kantor, spokesman for the Washington City Police Department. The investigation led to the arrest of Arana, of St. George.
The Washington City Police said Arana worked in the Internet installation field in Washington County area for approximately the last year.
Police ask anyone who had Internet installed within the last year and may feel young children had been alone with the installer contact the Washington City Police Department at (435) 986-1515.
