U of U Campus Store robbed 3 times, $1,000 reward offered in case

SALT LAKE CITY – Officials at the University of Utah are offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect who has allegedly robbed the Campus Store three times in the last month.

According to a press release from the University of Utah Campus Store, the break ins occurred March 21, April 7 and April 13, and they all occurred between midnight and 3 a.m.

Officials stated more than $5,000 in products were taken, primarily electronic items like iPods, iPads, tablets and others. The suspect also allegedly caused several thousand dollars in damages to other property in the store.

The suspect is described as a male who stands about 5-feet 10-inches tall and has black hair.
