OGDEN, Utah — Ogden police are investigating after shots were fired following a police pursuit Tuesday night.

According to police, around 11 p.m. an officer with the Ogden City Police Department tried to stop a vehicle driven by Austin Luckey, 21, who was wanted for questioning in a residential burglary case. He was also on parole and had several outstanding warrants for his arrest.

After a pursuit, Luckey stopped at 100 Fowler Ave. in Ogden where officers attempted to arrest him.
