Utes drop game against Washington State

The University of Utah men’s basketball team were trying to avoid back-to-back conference losses on the road as they visited Washington State Sunday.

Utah was down a man most of the game, as Henna Lenz was out early with a left ankle injury.

The Utes went on a 13-0 run, but halfway through the second half Washington State tied it up and ended up with the win 37-49.

Utah’s Jordan Loveridge led all scorers with 15 points.

It was the first conference win for Washington State, and Utah falls to 1-3 in the Pac-12.
