PROVO, Utah — Jury selection begins Tuesday morning in the state’s case against a Pleasant Grove doctor accused of killing his wife.
Martin MacNeill is scheduled to stand trial later this week, with the trial extending from Oct. 17 into mid-November.
MacNeill is accused of killing his wife Michelle seven years ago, so he could allegedly continue an affair.
Defense attorneys said several experts are set to testify in court. Prosecutors confirm that the death penalty remains an option.
