ST. GEORGE — Four adults and a 17-year-old girl were arrested after a prostitution sting was conducted in St. George Friday.
The arrests were a result of an ongoing investigation that suggested men were allegedly involved in patronizing prostitutes in the area, according to a press release from St. George Police.
Detectives with the St. George Police Department worked in conjunction with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and Homeland Security Investigation on the case.
Leroy Haley, 23, of Las Vegas, was charged with aggravated exploitation of prostitution, human trafficking and other charges, according to booking records. He was booked on $1 million cash only bail.
Frances Uhrhan, 20, of Las Vegas was charged with one count of sexual solicitation, one count regarding to a massage parlor without a license, one count of exploitation of prostitution, one count of prostitution and one count of human trafficking, according to booking records.
Uhrhan was booked on a $1 million cash only bail.
A 17-year-old girl was also charged with sexual solicitation, one count of license required and one count of business license violation.
Also arrested were Bart Higbee, 32, of St. George, who was arrested on a warrant and patronizing a prostitute; and Symon Capel, 24, of St. George, who was charged with two counts of sexual solicitation and one count of a business license violation.
Homeland Security Investigations is assisting with the case because it involves a juvenile that was transported across state lines for the purposes of exchanging sex acts for money.
