CLEARFIELD, Utah – A teenage boy was taken to a hospital with serious injuries after he was pinned underneath a car Wednesday.
Sgt. Kyle Jeffries of the Clearfield Police Department said in an email the 13-year-old boy was riding his skateboard near 1100 South and 1000 East at about 7 p.m.
The boy fell off of his skateboard and was struck by a vehicle. The vehicle rolled on top of the teen, and he was pinned under the vehicle for about 20 minutes.
The teen was taken to Primary Children’s Medical Center with very serious injuries, according to information from Jeffries.
