SALT LAKE COUNTY, Utah -- Canyons School District schools are opening their doors for the first day of school Monday.
School District officials said they will roll out the red carpet for kids Monday at their 29 elementary schools and eight middle schools.
Local law enforcement would like to remind drivers to be safe, especially in school zones, as children head back to class.
