OGDEN, Utah -- Ogden Police arrested a woman after she allegedly pulled out a knife and threatened someone while hitchhiking on Thursday.

Police said Crystal Walker was hitching a ride in Ogden on Thursday around 6 a.m. when a driver picked her up along the 2600 block of Wall Avenue.

Police said Walker pulled out a knife and put it to the other woman’s neck and told her to drive to a “safe place.” Walker was dropped off in North Ogden and later hitched a ride with another driver, who called 911.

Walker was arrested and booked into the Weber County Jail for aggravated kidnapping.
