The Freedom Preparatory Academy in Provo broke ground for its newest building on Saturday, January 12.

The new addition will allow the school to accommodate more students, resulting in higher acceptance rates and shorter waiting lists.

The current Freedom Preparatory Academy building will become the school for elementary school students, and the new building will house 7th through 10th graders.

The building is expected to be completed in August.
