Fruity Smoothie (12.28.12)

  • 1 banana, broken into chunks (this works well if the banana is frozen as well)
  • 1 cup frozen fruit
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • ½-3/4 cup soy milk or fruit juice
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 pouch Fruitivia

Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth!  Serve immediately, or divide for two smaller smoothie snacks.
