GRACE, Idaho – Federal, Idaho state and local agencies have discovered and are dismantling what they say may be one of the largest grow sites in the nation.

Caribou County, Idaho, officials say there are well over 10,000 marijuana plants in the grow, which is located near Grace, Idaho, a small city of about 1,000 residents about an hour southeast of Pocatello.

Officials say the site is several years old and is very sophisticated, with tubing and fertilizer.

Agents with the DEA, Idaho National Guard troops, state and local agencies raided the site on Tuesday and are now investigating and cleaning up the site. They estimate that it is worth about $80.5 million, unofficially one of the largest grow sites in the nation.

No arrests have been made, but officials believe the grow may have been maintained by a group out of Las Vegas.
